Description:
Salah satu perusahaan yang baru menerapkan implementasi
sistem informasi adalah PT Pantja Simpati, perusahaan ini bergerak di
bidang percetakan, dan merupakan anak perusahaan dari Tiga
Serangkai Grup. Sebelum ada sistem informasi, semua proses dilakukan
manual.
Aplikasi dirancang untuk intranet agar semua user yang
terkoneksi jaringan dapat memanfaatkan jika ada terjadi gangguan pada
komputer atau koneksi jaringan, secara khusus aplikasi trouble ticket ini
di peruntukan sebagai bahan monitoring sistem PRIMUS yang menjadi
backbone sistem informasi pada PT Pantja Simpati.
